Aug 24th Aerial Yoga Mixed Levels

This is a fun effective way to compliment your yoga practice. In this workshop style class you will take turns using the Yoga wall as well as trying out some poses on the aerial hammocks, there is no pressure to go upside down and many poses are one foot on the ground or right side up! Please note you must be fit and healthy to practice hanging inversions, if you have any medical issues please or are not sure please check with your doctor first.
